Solve the problem of different depths of graphics and text in the laser marking machine

A laser marking machine is a high-tech modern technological device. The application scope of this equipment is quite wide. The laser marking machine can mark many words on various electronic components, building materials, etc. However, when using this equipment, some malfunctions may occur, such as problems with the levels of the marked text and patterns. 1. The lens is dirty or scratched. Solution: If it is dirty, you can use a cotton swab and alcohol to clean the lens, the beam expanding lens and the focusing lens. Just wipe the surface material, but remember not to use hard objects to wipe the lens; if the lens is scratched or damaged, then only the marked machine lens can be replaced.

2. Optical path deviation. Solution: If the optical path is deviated, simply re-adjust the optical path. 

3. The marking speed is too fast and the filling method is unreasonable. 

Solution: Reduce the marking speed, modify the original filling method, ensure that the workpiece is at the top, and then re-adjust the focus. 

4. Current issues with the marking machine 

Solution: If the power current of the equipment is too low, it will also affect the different depths of the marked graphics. At this time, increase the current of the laser power supply and reduce the frequency of the marking machine to ensure that the marking machine can operate normally and avoid the situation where the text on the marking is too shallow.
