The phenomenon, causes and solutions of the laser marking machine getting stuck
1.Card drop phenomenon:
1.1 After opening the software, it prompts that the USB dongle cannot be found.
1.2 The software will open and prompt that no valid LMC device is found;
1.3 When running this software, it freezes, the software fails to respond, and it is impossible to close the software. After restarting the software, it prompts that the dong drive cannot be found.
1.4 Check for the frequent flashing of the tag card driver in the Device Manager
2. Reasons for the card loss:
2.1 Abnormal power supply causes abnormal operation of the marking card;
2.2 External interference can cause instability in the USB communication connection. External interference includes conductive interference and radiative interference. Common sources of interference include: servo drives, solenoid valves, electromagnetic relays, spark machines, high-power motors, punches, etc.
2.3 Metal dust can cause false and incomplete marking cards.
2.4 The computer case was electrified, causing abnormal USB communication.
2.5 Damaged computer USB port
2.6 Malfunction and Damage of the Tag Card
2.7 Viruses, abnormalities or missing software configuration files in the computer.
3. Solution for lost card:
3.1 Confirm whether the power supply of the marking card is stable, whether the fluctuation of the mains voltage is significant, and whether there are any large-power electrical devices on site causing significant voltage fluctuations. Users should try to use continuous uninterruptible power supply or install it in front of the filter of the switching power supply.
3.2 Check if there is any dust on the surface of the marking card. Use an air gun to clean the surface of the marking card, and then clean it with alcohol.
3.3 Verify that the equipment is properly grounded. Ensure that the equipment is grounded at a single point and that the computer casing is also properly grounded. Please use thick grounding wires to ensure that there is no pressure difference between the equipment casing and the ground.
3.4 Check whether the physical connection of the U port is stable. If necessary, you can replace it with another USB port or use hot melt adhesive to fix the U port cable.
3.5 Check if the marking card is functioning properly. If there is any malfunction, replace it immediately.
3.6 Check if the computer is infected with a virus. You can either remove the virus via the internet or replace the computer.
