Backpack-style Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine
The core design philosophy behind the backpack-mounted pulsed laser cleaning system is to integrate industrial-grade cleaning capabilities into a wearable, fully functional backpack unit. This transforms traditional equipment—which is bulky, stationary, and reliant on external infrastructure—by addressing the pain points of its cumbersome and inconvenient nature. By making the system tool-like and portable, it is particularly well-suited for operations at heights, in the field, and in confined spaces
The backpack-style pulsed laser cleaning machine is a portable laser cleaning device featuring an ergonomic backpack design. It highly integrates the laser source, power supply, control system, and air-cooling module into a compact, wearable housing, and operates via a handheld cleaning head. It is specifically designed for scenarios where traditional equipment struggles to access, such as work at heights, confined spaces, and field sites.
Equipment Description: This is a portable, wearable industrial surface treatment device that performs non-contact cleaning using a high-energy laser beam.
Working Principle: It primarily utilizes high-frequency, high-energy pulsed lasers. The laser beam removes contaminants (such as rust and paint), causing them to vaporize or peel off instantly without damaging the underlying substrates, such as metal, stone, or composite materials.
Typical Applications:
Pre- and Post-Welding Treatment: Removes oil and rust before welding to prevent porosity, and cleans weld slag after welding to improve aesthetics.
Outdoor Operations: On-site rust removal from ship decks, bridges, and petrochemical tanks.
Precision Cleaning: Paint removal from aircraft skin and non-destructive cleaning of precision molds.
Other: Stains on stone surfaces, graffiti on cultural relics, etc.
System Parameters: The system settings interface displays the control card version and touchscreen version numbers.
Settings include safety distance calibration, laser type, temperature, single/double click, laser output control mode, and single/dual-axis galvanometer switching.
Cleaning Requirements: There are a total of 100 customizable parameter sets, with one set designated as the default. Sets 2 through 21 support custom cleaning parameter labels.
By configuring different process parameter sets, you can quickly and conveniently recall parameter sets for specific cleaning requirements, eliminating the need for readjustment.
Scan Modes: The user interface offers 13 cleaning modes, which can be switched by clicking the scan mode options on the screen:
Linear Mode, Rectangular Mode 1, Rectangular Mode 2, Circular Mode, Sine Wave Mode, Spiral Mode, Free Mode, Annular Mode, Rotational Mode, Triangular Mode, Rotating Circle Mode, Rotating Line Mode, and Linear Rotating Circle Mode.
Non-destructive to the base material: By controlling laser parameters, the surface layer can be precisely removed without damaging the workpiece itself.
Environmentally friendly and hassle-free: No chemical reagents, sand, or consumables are required; the process generates only a small amount of dust and produces no harmful waste liquids or exhaust gases.
Smart and comfortable: Featuring an ergonomic back panel, many models can be operated by a single person and can be adapted to different working conditions through parameter adjustments.
System Features:
Non-contact cleaning that does not damage the base material of parts;
Precise cleaning that enables selective cleaning at exact locations and to exact dimensions;
