A pneumatic marking machine is a contact-type marking device that uses compressed air to drive the marking needle to perform high-frequency impacts. The system controls the marking needle to move along a preset trajectory in the X-Y plane while simultaneously performing high-frequency impacts under pneumatic pressure, thereby forming characters, graphics, or QR codes composed of dot matrices on the surface of the workpiece.
Even after the workpiece undergoes subsequent surface treatments such as painting, powder coating, electroplating, or blackening, the original deep markings remain clearly visible and may even become more prominent due to the filling effect of the coating.
