Principle of Operation:
Electric power, combined with a high-strength alloy material that offers excellent wear resistance, drives the marking needle to perform high-frequency reciprocating motion.
The marking needle strikes the surface of the workpiece with a preset force, creating indentations through plastic deformation;
The movement of the needle is controlled by an X/Y-axis drive system, and characters or graphics are formed by a dense array of these indentations.
