An electric marking machine is a contact-type marking device that uses electric drive technology. It generates a magnetic field through an electromagnetic coil to drive the marking needle to strike the workpiece surface at high frequency, forming characters, graphics, or QR codes composed of dot matrices or continuous lines. It is ready to use as soon as it is plugged in and features low noise, dust-free operation, and simple maintenance.
Even after the workpiece undergoes subsequent surface treatments such as painting, powder coating, electroplating, or blackening, the original deep markings remain clearly visible and may even become more prominent due to the coating filling in the marks.
