The factors influencing marking efficiency can be classified as equipment hardware configuration, software settings, and processing materials, etc. Equipment hardware includes items such as field lenses. Software settings include factors such as filling type, filling density, and delay. 

The measures to improve the marking efficiency of the marking machine are as follows: 

I. Four types of filling explanations 

1.Bidirectional filling: High marking efficiency and excellent results. 

2. Loop Filling: This method is only applicable to fine-lined graphics. When using fonts, its efficiency is similar to that of the arc filling method. 

3. Unidirectional filling: The marking efficiency is low and it is rarely used in actual processing. 

4. Arch-shaped filling: The marking efficiency is high. Sometimes, connection lines may appear. The problem is uneven and the marked graphics are fine. When using the font, the above problems will not occur. 

The four filling methods mentioned above are all different and can be changed according to the actual marking requirements. Choosing the appropriate filling method can also improve the marking efficiency. If you don't require a detailed marking effect, it is recommended to choose the arc-shaped filling, which can significantly increase the marking speed. Bidirectional filling is also a good choice.

II. Select high-quality high-speed scanning mirrors 

Generally, the scanning speed of a galvanometer can reach up to 30,000 mm/s. However, a high-quality high-speed galvanometer can scan over 10,000 times per second (Jiaxi Laser is equipped with a 12,000 mm/s vibrating mirror). Moreover, when using ordinary vibrating mirrors to mark small graphics or fonts, they are prone to deformation. To ensure the effect, it is necessary to reduce the scanning speed. 

III. Select high-quality field lenses 

The larger the field lens focal length, the larger the focus point. Under the same spot overlap rate, the spacing between the filling lines can be increased, thereby improving the marking efficiency. Note: The larger the field lens, the lower the power density. Therefore, in the case of sufficient marking energy, the spacing between the filling lines can be increased. 

Ⅳ. Skillfully Set Up Delays 

1.Different filling types are affected by different delays, so reducing delays that are not related to the filling type can also improve marking efficiency. 

Arc-shaped filling. Circular filling: Mainly affected by corner delay, which can reduce the opening delay, closing delay and end delay. 

2. Bidirectional Filling. Unidirectional Filling: The main light delay: The off-light delay can reduce the angular delay and end delay. However, it is also necessary to pay attention to thick graphics and fonts, as they are less affected by delays and can have their delays appropriately reduced. Fonts are more affected by delays and can have their delays appropriately increased. 

V. Other Influencing Factors 

1.During the filling process, check the "evenly distributed filling lines". 

2. For the bold-marked graphics and fonts, the "enable outline" and "go around the edge once" options can be removed. 

3. If the effect permits, the "jump speed" can be set to "advanced" and the "jump delay" can be reduced. 

4. Mark large-scale graphics and divide them into several parts for filling. This approach can effectively reduce the loading time and improve the marking efficiency.
