How Metal Laser Welding Machines Work:
1.Laser Generation: Metal laser welding machines generate a high-intensity laser beam using a laser source, typically a solid-state laser, fiber laser, or CO2 laser.
2.Beam Delivery: The laser beam is directed through a series of mirrors or fiber optics to the welding head.
3.Focusing: The laser beam is focused onto the welding area using lenses or mirrors. This focusing increases the energy density of the beam, enabling precise and localized heating of the metal.
4.Welding Process: When the focused laser beam hits the metal surface, it rapidly heats the material, causing it to melt and form a weld pool. The laser beam is precisely controlled to ensure accurate positioning and depth of the weld.
5.Cooling and Solidification: Once the welding is complete, the molten metal cools and solidifies, forming a strong bond between the welded pieces.
